Hi sir,
I recently got caught for drink and drive in Pune Koregaon park & may concern is i dont have license and it is mandate to vehical owner to be present with me ?
Driving in liqour influence is an offence. Driving without licence is additional offence. Obvious who soever is owner of the vehicle has to appear in the court as vicarious liability is also upon the owner of vehicles.
