misc. 865/19 Sri.IMP Adv for petitioners is present. Sri.RPP Adv files vakalt for complainant along with application u/s 302 r/w S. 24(8) of Cr.P.C . Copy served to otherside. PP for the State is present and praystime. Sri.IMP Adv for petrs praystime. Call on for objns of PP to bail petn and objns of petitioners to the application filed u/s 302 r/w 24(8) of Cr.P.C. if any by 15.4.2019.

Application under 302 of CrPC is made by private party to conduct the prosecution of the case along with Public Prosecutor. Next date is given for objections to the Application of petitioner and respondent no. 2.

Dear Sir, Such application is filed seeking Permission to conduct prosecution by a private advocate under Section 302 and further seeking appointment of Special Public Prosecutor under Section 24 (8) of Cr.P.C which reads as follows: If the complainant do not file strong objections then the advocate for accused and the prosecutor collude with eachother. It is better to visit my office and get my suggestions. (8) The Central Government or the State Government may appoint, for the purposes of any case or class of cases, a person who has been in practice as an advocate for not less than ten years as a Special Public Prosecutor.
