Doubt on arrest of my relatives

My relative is arrested by police for selling lottery tickets on day time in the morning. After arresting they did not informed to home, police took all money which was nearly 30/thousand and scooter which is his friend's. Somehow after an hour of arrest his wife got news of her husband arrest then she visited police station.
She asked police about his arrest and asked them to let her speak to his husband, they said wait wait wait she waited till midnight 12'clock. Later they said we have arrested him under IPC 307,420,506 which is very false. Now it's been 14/days but yet they not even allowing to see him .
So, I kindly request you to assist us on this matter..
According to this issue , the sections of IPC no way connected with this issue. you may file Habeas corpus petition in high court for praying that the person should be produced before the Honourable court....or you may file a petition for squash the FIR in appropriate court.

That the Police Officer carrying out the arrest of the arrestee shall prepare a memo of the arrest at the time of arrest and such memo shall be attested by at least one witness who may be either a member of the family of the arrestee or a respectable person of the locality from where the arrest is made
