Domestic violence no charges even after 1 year

I have filed the fir for what ever reason there is no progress in my case. The evidences are submitted too still it doesn't go fast. Maintenance case is pending in highcourt why is it delayed what to do?
Dear Madam,
Due to heavy pendency of family cases and criminal cases they will be delay in disposal of cases. If criminal case is in evidence stage please be in good books with your Advocate that is Public Prosecutor and see that it is disposed as early as possible. In respect of maintenance case pending before High Court your Advocate has to move application to take it on Board otherwise no dates will be given in the High Court.
