My father is very abusive and he has beem torturing us since many years. He doesn't even take care of our basic expenses and necessities including our college fees. And also he does physical harassment with my mother, me and my younger brother too. He will kill us someday.
Please help. Things are going out of control.
File a FIR if there in an immediate threat to your mother,brother and you.
Also u can file a suit on the grounds of mental,physical and verbal harassment under IPC sec 498(A),CrPC 125,Domestic Violence Act and seek maintenance regarding the same.

your mother can claim domestic violence case against your father. she will get every types of protections. 1. You can file a domestic Violence case on behalf of your mother under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005
2. you can file a maintenance case including the names of your mom and your siblings stating that your father is not maintaining his family.
3. You can initiate a criminal proceeding against him by filing an FIR stating how he has assaulted you and your mother and siblings and seek immediate protection.
