Does UPSC allow accused to acquited to join service

If a person is accused under IPC sections 326 and 324 and the case is acquited in court with hostile witness on whom there was counter case, will UPSC/DoPT stops him from joining services after clearing the UPSC exams

if any criminal case acquitted means there is a no problem for join to any government jobs like that situation happened you then you can approach to high court file w p then court will pass nessary orders
