Does death by hanging comes under criminal case for army pension?
17-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Post mortem report shows death due to hanging by strangulation or anyphesia.. Is this come under criminal case? No futher f ir is registered against us. But for army pension Is this is acrimal case .? Sir plse tell me.
Sorry for not able to get you as your query is difficult to correlate but the pension is a right of an employee which cannot be denied by any authority be it related to armed forces or just a normal civilian work as held by Supreme Court even if you have murdered someone.

Dear Sir, Law is common for every person of the country. Either the culprits are from civilian or from army men. Hence, in such circumstances when no F.I.R. has been lodged against you, you should not to be bothered. The criminal case is made out when an F.I.R. or complaint has been lodged against a person.
