My wife complaint against me.and my family in 498a know Im selected in Rajasthan education deparment for teacher post.kindly advice me I can join the job or not.
The general law is that unless one is not convicted by court, he is assumed innocence. As such you can join job.

if you selected already for the post of teacher than there is no problem. it is materimonial offence and there is no problem for your selection of teacher post. but you have to present on each n every date.
