Does Criminal court case affect selection in government job

Sir I am selected in merit list of central government health scheme as a ECG technician...and in IPC 323 and 596 Court case pending against me in false way by cross case..I am victim of 323 ,325 and opposite party had trapped me by cross case...at the time of application I was not aware about the case against me because any notice was not come on my home yet... please suggest me what can I do for police clearance certificate..any law in my favour? If possible call me and suggest ..I will pay your advice charge
Nothing is clear from your proposition, although I would like to mention over here that if you're an accused in any of the case then it creates a lot of problem for you. As it is settled law that criminals as well as person charged under the penal code is not to be taken for govt. services. In addition, if you have concealed this material fact in your application as you have stated that you didn't have any idea about the counter case, Sorry to say but that would amount to concealment and would create problem in any sort of employment. In addition, it seems that you have been charged for criminal intimidation. For any favourable law or proposition I need to go into the deapth of your case to give an opinion on the same.
