Does criminal case need to be mentioned if selected in govt job?

Sir me n my family all member are seek from this problem, my father uncles was file fraud criminal case against my family all members and his second son also including me,and under section 323,324,143,147,148,504,506. The case is pending in Cort and all condition In favor of me n my family all witness is complete and in favor of me but only cross verification n argument is pending. But sir I m selected in Indian railways as a pilot what I feel in attestation form and bond,bond include if any criminal case against you are pending in Cort and you found guilty in any criminal case you are found your service terminate.
