Doctor file a complaint against me after my complaint

After the fight, a pregnant woman got a medical report made against me without any injury, saying that she has internal pain, and the doctor supported her. When I went there, he refused to treat my injury and misbehaved. I complained against that doctor and called them, but he filed a false complaint against me, which I didn't even do.
You should immediately approach the police station according to your jurisdiction and register your cross complaint against the culprits and if you are under the fear that they will register a FIR then it's advisable for you to first of all file an application for anticipatory bail before the court.
