Do police and lawyers read ipc 375 (1) against will

A lady of 40 age does online sex chat for 6 months then meets a guy whom she met online enjoys sex then the guy proposes her and talks about marriage then they think of pursuing marriage but it doesn’t happen due to misconduct of the lady now the lady files a 376 saying that the day she met him physically for the first time she had sex and she is enjoying sex chat from long time as per 161 and 164. And after 3 months she says he raped her then again she had consensual still chargesheet says 376

If this is the case you should file discharge application before your sessions Court to drop the charges of rape against you and also approach high court to quash the FIR against you based on her statements.
