Hello sir,nMujhe mere ek friend ke liye mm court me jamanat Deni hai. Wo abhi tihar jail no. 4 me hai. Lekin mere upar Maharashtra family court me divorce case chalu hai. To kya aise me mai uske liye jamanat de sakti hu?

Divorce cases is of civil nature. So you can always become a surety for your friend’s bail. If the court grants bail to your friend then you can always become a surety for him/her. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi..!! Hanji ap uski zamanat de sakte ho, divorce case pending hone se apke zamanati hone par koi farak nahi padega, ap bus ye case pending ki baat court ko disclose kar dena agar Court puchti hai tou.

In such circumstances there is no Bar by law you can be surety but kindly check if there is an amount imposed by the court to be paid by the surety . Please carry your Adhar card or any government id proof and passport size photographe on the date of hearing
