I am a complainant of this case. Dispose off above application by MM(mahila) court while not matching ITR with bank account statement which was submitted by respondent in court with income affidavit.

hello if no proper check had been made by the judicial officer of statements and ITR than you can file an appeal in high court that such an mistake had been committed and get beneficial order in your favour
