Is discussing about porn or sex in personal whatsapp account to your female friend in a casually/ friendly / manner fall under illigal/ crime category ?? If after some year relationship brokes , Can she complain about it to police to arrest me and to terminated me from my government job??

There are some legal remedies which you can take it in advance. If she misuse ur messages then its difficult for you to defend yourself. File a complaint before Police Station and other departments. It will help you.
