Discharged from criminal case and applying for Passport and PCC

03-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I have been discharged from a criminal case and asked to submit PB and SB under 437 A CrPC.However, I have applied for a passport with a copy of the judgment but the police verification report is pending at the regional passport office in Delhi for review? Do I need to submit NOC from court that I can get passport valid for 10 years and PCC ?

You just need to approach the court and get a certified copy of the order of your discharge and also apply for the PCC before applying for the passport. And the court will not provide any kind of NOC for the purpose of your passport. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
