Dialed 100 when i was drunk, how to get out of the same

Hi, I was having party with my wife and a couple who are our friends a day in last month and I got heavily drunk and called 100 and said that there has been a murder here. The police came to our house and took me and my wife to the police station along with our friends. There they wrote 2 pages and got signed by me forcefully saying that you have to sign it and also my wife signed it then they took me to the dwarka police station and put be in lockup The police man suggested a lawyer to my friend and he took 8000 rupees from my friend to put me outside after the case went to the ACP in dwarka police station. Now i do not know what the police wrote in the pages and now the lawyer says that we have to come to the court on 12 dec and he will resolve the case We are worried Plx help
