306 IPC is abettment of suicide and is non bailable.
so, you need to first move sessions court to get anticipatory bail and if the court rejects the anticipatory bail petition move the high court for anticipatory bail.
in general , depending on facts of case courts may grant anticipatory bail within 5 working days.
for regular bail , it will take 2-3working days from date of filing bail petition
