I am in depression due to my teacher behaviour and activities. I need to take legal on her. What's should I do.

I understand your concern and it is very normal for people at your age to get depressed due to somebody's behaviour. Inorder to help you legally, I need further details pertaining to the cause for depression and what is the remedy you need.
If you are a school going kid, then you may first speak to your Principal and submit a letter in writing or mail.
If you find no favourable response you can lodge a police complaint and also inform the concerned Secretary to the state government (Education Portfolio) about the incident.
Further, if you wish you get compensation for your suffering, then you can always send a legal notice and proceed thereafter.
Always remember that no one can make you feel inferior without your consent.! Do not let anyone affect your mental well-being.

on the day of occurence, immediately go and file a complaint before nearby police station. if they are not receiving your complaint, approach a advocate to file a complaint Under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C before the concern magistrate.
