Deposit before Bail for 420 on a criminal for job scam

A person who is trying for bail on medical conditions. Case of 420 . Amount 11,16,000 for jab scam . Can we ask court to take this amount as deposit before giving him Bail. And also plz tel G.R name and number plzzzz.
You will have to file an intervention application seeking permission to assist public prosecutor in the bail proceeding and file your written notes of argument opposing bail. You will have to suggest the Public Prosecutor to submit before the court that if bail be granted then accused be directed to first deposit
