Denied anticipatory bail in a counter false atrocity POA CASE, sec18

We, myself and my dait adi dravida community worker were attacked and assaulted while engaged in our legal and peaceful construction works by my neigbour an [excorporator turned realtor] and his goonda accomplice. we innocents lodged an ord. assault complaint/fir with the locl pol.statn. Now to threaten and pressurize us to sell and go our poor home, my neigbour with his other goonda accomplice, unknown has got lodged a false counter atrocity complaint/fir against us. what do we do, we are poor. it was difficult for us to hire top lawyers demanding huge amounts exploiting my situation.somehow found some lawyer paid him 10000 in advance and filed application for anticipatory bail, and now this is dismissed citing section 18 of the 2016 ammended poa act of 1989. I am a BE graduate, unmarried innocent disciplined civilized innocent indian citizen aged about 45yrs, laid off from my job since last 3yrs as our dept. was closed, I am son of a late prim. school teacher and freedom fighter.
