Denial of marriage after consensual sex. Later I denied due to too cry

One guy had sex consensual sex with me on promise of marriage and later denied. I cried over 2 months then he agreed but later in anger I denied for marriage. And abused him and I said I will destroy him over chat. Can I file case against him? Or he can use that that abusive chat against me?

Yeah he will definitely use it against you if you file case against you but that does not mean you can not file a case . Rape is still an office on the pretext of false marriage promise . How much strong your case is dependent on facts and circumstances ?

yes it indefinitely file a case against that person who on the pretext of marrying you committed rape over you please don't worry about the evidences that will be created by your lawyer. you need just to be strong and well determined to make that person behind the bars . person has played with you taken advantage of your innocence . so that person needs to be punished and he will be punished by law . all of the case depends upon your age. you must have heard the quote that there is no use of crying over spilt milk. this is the time to show him that girls are not behind anybody and they are equally powerful . for more advice you can consult me .
