deletion of my name as husbend from unmarred woman

Some third party(kavtha D) took aadhaar card(no: 7027 3672 9426) during 2013 .in that she mentioned her name as wife of my name(Manjuntha Gowda) We came to know about it on 27 dec 2018. She resides in bangalore. But i am not from bangalore. More over she is unmarried woman. when i contacted aadhaar counter to delete my name .they told that card holder is required to update it. But that woman not interested to delete my name. To delete my name in her aadhaar what steps should i take.

Hi, this act of the women who has misused the Aadhaar Card of yours amounts to criminal forgery and misappropriation of documents and criminal breach of trust. You may immediately file a police complaint and seek intervention of police to arrest the women on the above offences. If the police is lethargic in their duty then file a complaint with the jurisdiction magistrate court and seek for arrest of the women and quash of the Aadhaar which she has misused with wrong information under section 156(3) to direct cops to investigate and also move civil court and obtain injunction restraining person from using your details/information.

Dear Sir,
Get issue a legal notice to that woman and also the concerned department of Aadhar. Further you may make a issue as big if they authorities not ready to correct their own mistake. Send registered post representations to the concerned ministries.
