Delay in Arrest for Criminal Case (IPC 420 & 468)

Dear Legal Experts,
An individual illegally added 2 acres of my land to his passbook. Despite complaints, no action was taken until Lokayukta intervened, leading to an inquiry by the collector, cancellation of forged documents, and the tehsildar filing a criminal case under IPC Sections 420 and 468. However, a year has passed, and the police haven't made any arrests. What legal steps can I take to expedite the process?

hi if the police had not taking any action in completion of investigation or not filing chargesheet then you could approach court to direct the police officials to complete the investigation and also give an application to Tahasildar for correction of entries
