Defamation regarding falsely named in crpc 164

I have a query regarding my 498(a) case , in my case i am the single person not even my parents & my sister & brother in law bt oposition said infront of court (crpc264) that all are involve & she gave a false paper by obtaing RTI , now i am also filed counter RTI against it then i got that those paper are fake & false bcaz the department has not provide it .......intrestingly my sis & brither in law not residing in india even brother in law left india after 54 hours of marrige .......so can i file defamation case against my wife

if that paper submitted by your wife in court are fake or self generated then you can file a complaint in 340crpc and produce the original papers then court take action against your wife. and it will be clear case of cheating and concealment of fact. it is punishable in under section 193, 195 ipc.
