Defamation/ False Allegation/ Threat

Recently I was being stalked and harassed then my friends and mom were on the receiving end of the same by someone I dated briefly. After the police arrested him his father has started pestering my parents to take back the case because they don't want a fuss orelse he'll take precaution indirectly implying that he'll accuse me falsely of something.. how do I stop this action?
Don't worry no one threat you or pressurize you to to move back have you done any fir against that person say in details... now you want to stop the matter as they are threatening you so you want to stop this action...

you cannot stop someone from making any allegation but it is open to you to confront them within the parameters of law as available with you at different point of time. law provides for punishment as well as monetary compensation for making false allegation but the remedy will only be available at the time of your acquittal from any allegation. hence you shouldn't worry and ensure that you deal with such allegation in the spirit of law.
