Defamation due to mental illness

I have been suffering from mental illness from the age of 18-19, due to social stigma and past experience I had started living alone with medication for 5 years with private job and no growth. After suffering so much I got job in government bank. Within a period of 3 months my health deteriorated to extreme that i was not able to make decisions for myself. Bank management and staff around me had mocked me and left me alone to suffer.This incident happened 2.7 yrs ago.I don't know to proceed.

in case of the trauma suffered , the government asks for an affidavit to be submitted to get a job with them if you have submitted that then on the basis of that the bank management can be penalised. However in case that has not been put then an affidavit with the evidence is required to be put in and that will clarify your position. To make the people understand your position they need to undergo the counselling so that they do not create such situation in future
