Dear sir,I want to file defamation civil & criminal case against my wife.my questions is how to file criminal defamation case means my wife residing in other taluk with her in-laws so I can file in my home taluk court or my wife residing taluk court

To file any case the cause of action is important. In which place the incident took place in that place you can file both the cases. Normally if she abuses in your native place then you can file it in your town. Please narrate entire case and incidents where happened then one can decide where it can be filed.
