Debt collectors harrasing parents in India against debt thats resolved

My old parents are getting harassed by an agency in Dubai for some debt that was resolved in 2015/2016. This is from a bank in Dubai and they are harassing my parents in India. How do I counter this?

Ask your parents to file complaint before district police chief showing entire facts. They will take appropriate action if you properly do followup.
Your parents can also approach the civil court and obtain an injunction restraining them from entering into your premises.

You need to clarify more points ... such as from where harassment is hapening , is it from india or abroad, do they have a branch in india and so on. If they have a branch in india you can opt for police protection keeping them as a party or u can sue in appropriate forum
