Dear Lawyers, There is a 36-year-old lady who was in a relationship with me, but her relationship soured once she met his parents, and they broke up as the lady didnt want to stay with in-laws. Following the breakup, she filed a FIR under 376, 7 months later In FIR, 161 and 164, she altered the chronology of events. There is no mention of any offense in 164. She lives 1000 kilometers away, and I've never visited her. She used to just come once in a while. This lady is well-educated and well-known in the scientific community. She claims that the marriage commitment was made over the phone with no meeting. Guy is younger than her. In the FIR, she stated that the promise to marry occurred in x month, but in the 161 promise to marry, she stated that it occurred 4 months prior to x month, and that too without physically meeting. Can a judge believe that a scientist would just take a phone call for promise to marry????

hello Bhai. no false FIR can stand for a long time, anyhow if police logged a FIR it doesn't mean that you are guilty. Guilty should be proved. there should be evidence in every statement support and don't think that you are guilty and for details advice need FIR copy.. Don't worry.
