You can file a case as the burglary has been committed and criminal trespass has been done against your property . You can validly file a criminal complaint regarding the same as she is living with the criminal intent and may also implicate u falsely in the domestic violence cases , in order to save yourself from further subjugation you may take precautionary measures.

File a complaint with the local police station within the jurisdiction pointing out the incident of the lock braking and illegal trespass and further seek protection on the account that they have issued threats and they may cause bodily injury and harm to you and your family members.

Hi,

You write to local police for protection and also file the case in the competent court of law. Definitely action will be taken against the miscreants. The police is bound to provide you the police protection.
