you and your mom both can file a case against your father to not providing financial assistance to you and your mother and if your father is creating nuisance and physical abuse with your mother then she can register a complaint against your father

Your mom can take legal action to ensure safety and financial support. She should file a complaint with the police under domestic violence laws for the abuse and threats. Under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, she can seek protection orders, residence orders to remove him from the house, and monetary relief for household expenses. Additionally, if he continues to be a threat, your mom can file for maintenance under Section 125 CrPC to ensure financial support. It's crucial to document threats or abusive incidents for evidence and consult a family lawyer immediately to protect her and your rights.
