Cyber crime along with sc st act by a divorcee 40 year old lady

I was in physical relationship with a lady who is 10 year older than me and divorced. We oftenally did online video chat and sharing nude photos to each other. After some time she started pressurized me to marry with her but I denied and in revenge she lodged 376 case on false promise of marriage. After knowing I told her that i will show her nude selfi which was sent by her long time ago to her family, police so that we had a consensual sex. I send her nude selfi on her whatsapp. Now again 506 509 66e 67it act case has been lodged against me. Now how to get a rid from all that. I just send her pics only to her not any one else.

As far as the second complaint (consequent FIR) is concerned, the same does not fulfil the exact requirements of the enumerated sections of the IT Act and can be contested, for which you should approach a good criminal lawyer. The major problem is the first complaint (376IPC) which is both non-bailable as well as non- compoundable, i.e. cannot be settled. The option of fighting the trial is always available, but considering the time, effort and money you will be investing in these trials, it is always better to amicably settle these disputes with the lady and then seek its quashing from the High Court.

Dear Client, you have been traped in serious legal criminal case, if case has been filed against you whit the evidence against you . You have circulated her nude pics of her and now she has framed and exploited against you for the same. you should contact immediately for the legal action in favor of you, so that you may be legally safe. pls. rate on review.
