If you have sexchat with someone on Instagram and someone hacks your ID and takes screenshots of your private chat and is threatening you. what action you can take about him and is it crime to do sexchat with many girls with their consent not by forcing them??
Hello publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form is punishable under The Information technology act with punishment of first time offence with upto 5 yrs imprisonment and Rs five lakh fine. second time offence upto 7 year imprisonment and 10 lakh as fine. You can take action against the person who has hacked your account and threatening you under provisions of Indian penal code and cyber crime.

If both the parties are major and in consent doing the chat with eachother, it is not a crime to do so. Its your personal choice and you have every right to talk whatever you wishes to. And if someone is blackmailing you, you can file a complaint against that person in cyber cell.
