Customer caught in brother , what section he face with police

customer purely customer caught on brothel raid 10 days back , no chargesheet as filed on customer as now . two days back agent caught fir is filed on him sure , i dnt have fir copy of him , is there any chance file chargesheet on customer , if how can he qash how much time take in highcourt to qash

if once FIR filed by the police definitely they will file chargesheet and it should be submitted to the court with in 90 days. Where as comming to the point of quash it depend upon gravity of the case.

I need where the offence occurred and when said place comes to which police station. However within 90 days only they have file chargesheet. Whether the fir issued against him or not ? If you give all those answers to me I’ll accompany with you in police station and court
