Customer caught in brothel case what would he phase if charge

Customer caught in brother case 10 days back , agent abscond , me and victim caught took police sation taken all details aadhar , signed some doc , said case filed like that , now agent caught 2 days back fir filed on agent what customer faces chargeshhet further

when you and victim caught did they filed FIR or simply they took complaint against you ? even if the broker is caught they will add him in your FIR and a chargesheet will be filed against you all if the case is bailable just with station bail they will leave you and call you at the time of first appearance in court and tell you whether you did or not if you accept as per law they will fine or sent you to jail as per the intensity of your charges some time the court may charge you both. in case if you feel the police is falsely impeded you in this case tell judge that you will go for trail they you have to hire a lawyer and case will proceed further..ok I think I clarified you

hi if the customer is caught in the brothel csse and chatgesheet is filed against him then he could file quash petition against such offemces as they are not maintainable and liable to be quashed and that you were connected to charges alleged
