Culprit gives threat of killing victim.

What to do if culprit threaten of killing to victim. And saying to victim to take back the lodged FIR against him. Please help.
well , mr./ mrs. you first of all go to the concerned police station and inform/ lodge against that culprit stating in details about the occurrence, and copy of this FIR submit before the court where case of culprit is going on for the previous offence. Besides these a complaint stating about the all incident along with concerned annexture sent to the Higher Authorities of Govt.
