Crpc section 151 misuse by police for the past case.

My friend is been acquittal in past case but still police wrong arrest him how to get rid of it...

did they issued any notice under section 35 for him, if not on what grounds they have arrested? if arrest is illegal you can file a writ petition , if they have filed a fir and charge sheet for the past crime to which your friend has already came through, they you can go for quashing of FIR and Chargesheet before framing of charge by the courts
