criminal trying to escape from india

accused trying to escape from india..while case was under investigation.what should i do to block his passport..

intimate the same to concerned police. the investigating officer will take necessary steps to prevent the accused from jumping from India. the investigating officer can file petition before the court to cancel the bail granted him or asks the accused to deposit his passport with the police till completion of the investigation/ pending disposal of the case.
