Revision case can be filed against a particular Order of the Judge. If you are one of the Respondents and you seek to challenge the Order of Cognizance, then you may approach the Revision Court. Any single Respondent can also approach the Revision Court.

Yes, in a criminal revision case, the petitioner can request an ex-parte proceeding in the Sessions Court against the respondent. Ex-parte proceedings occur when one party (in this case, the respondent) fails to appear in court after being duly notified. However, the court must be convinced that the respondent was properly served and had reasonable opportunity to appear. To know the Process for Ex-Parte in Criminal Revision kindly contact. In criminal revisions, especially those challenging specific procedural or factual findings, courts generally prefer both parties to be heard. However, an ex-parte decision may be possible if the respondent persistently fails to appear despite being duly notified.
