Can ex-parte be made for one of the defendents in criminal case?? Which has been filled in criminal Revision Petition
Dear Sir,
The Court will prays ex-parte if any of the Respondent does not appear before the Appellate Court and proceed against all the Respondents. The judgment will be effective not only against contesting Respondents but also against the Respondent who is placed ex-parte. Thus, the judgment will be effective on all the Respondents irrespective of their contesting or not.
