Criminal Revision In High Court when Application Of 156(3) Is Rejected

Dear sir .. my query is that if an application under 156(3) is rejected by the cjm court in the first instance and then the criminal revision being put under the sessions court and the sessions court also rejects it then can the petitioner approach the high court for further revision ..thanks

yes offcourse you can file revision before high court.revision can be file against any interlocutory order of a lower court.156.3 crpc is also the same order,it is duty of court to here the same.it is the matter of merit whether the petition accept or reject.
