Some goons used criminal force and did physical assault and ran away.
How for can be lodged against them, i dont have any details of them.
You can tell their facial details, body structure, etc. The vehicle with which they were traveling, the place where the incident happened. etc.
Whatever information you know about them, you can tell it to Police, and you can try to gather more information about them

you can approach the police for lodging FIR. FIR can also be lost against unknown persons. Just describe the incident, and time and place of incident. However, there are very few chances that the police is going to lodge an FIR in this type of case.

Hey there....you can still lodge the complainant .. and Di not delat in lodging the complainant.. there must be CCTV footage somewhere in that area and they can be caught.. it's police's job to see how they will catch the culprits.. your job is to simply go and lodge a complaint in the nearest police station where the incidents took place.
you can also go on the online portal and lodge an FIR. I would urge you to pursue the matter.. as leaving goons like these is a threat to call women.
