I have a GF, she approached me initially, we had good relations for the past 4 years, giving me commitment of love and marrige she used me, exploited me physically, emotionally and financially, when the proposal of marrige was brought in front of the family she denied and said in her family I have been absuing her and torchering her. Her brother also did the same promise to a girl and raped her he is acused in the rape case of the victim. The entire family does the same to everyone. What should be my action in this regard.
In your case offences against the body will not be made out as rape laws are not gender neutral in India as of now. But you can charge her for Criminal breach of trust, criminal missappropriation and Cheating offences under Indian Penal Code. You have to send them a legal notice to that effect and can also file a police complaint for the same. In your case, it depends , what all proofs are there in your possession on the basis of which she and her family can be charged.

hello client as i can see tour issuee is seems to be very much serious in nature . in this regards you need to take urgent legal steps against tht girl and her family because if she starts taking adverse actions against you then you will be in big trouble so in this issue you need to take legal action as soon as possible so you are able to save yourself as well as uour family frim fake allegations

You should first start of by filing an FIR detailing what has happened with you. You would have to approach the SHO of the relevant police station. Criminal inquiry will be initiated. Also has she taken some money from you by fraud that you wish to recover. Then only FIR can be filed. What is the criminal act here will have to identified and proceed accordingly.
