criminal complaint reverse n justice

age 28 , dalit , female , i have been proven mentally retarded at the age of 18 by my father’s side of relatives , my mom , my sis , my mothers side of relatives n my dad at district court since i didnt had any one to defend me or even make me understand these people did it for the sake of property power n money n had pre plans of devision with each other .since 10 years i have been tortured n kept locked up with no proper social communication as a name of treatment being given n have been tried to kill with police involvement to it time to time all my fathers side of relatives have serious criminal backgrounds n of sexual abuses to their wives , at the whole i know there would be an outbust soon by these people and this time they will clearly try to kill me without any hasitation i have no security

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write to face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Write a complaint against all the people who are given you threat in writing .. and send or post it to SP of your district and also send the copy of complaint to your near by police station . That will help you

You should then as you said that the police is involved go for a the complaint to magistrate so that your FIR gets registered and accordingly the investigation is carried out against such people who have done wrong to you
