Criminal case which was lodged on 2022

Last year on 10/3/2022, my mother filed FIR against me and she is in Canada and refused to come to my home country India to withdraw the case, and a criminal case is still in the pending stage, but I want to file a Canada visitor visa on the urgent basis so will this case affect me adversely during the VFS Global biometric process.

Yes, it will affect the process. If she cannot come but can give consent for withdrawal then You can get it quashed by getting her consent depending on the situation. open to further queries. Regards, M. K. Vohra & Associates

What allegations are made against in the first information report(FIR) ? is the charge sheet filed ? Is she consenting to quash the fir ? Do you have any past criminal history ? have to verify if the offences are compoundable or not ?
