If any employee of Private company is an accused in an ongoing criminal case under section IPC 504,506, 323,354 and 452 in a magistrate court. His wife has given a complaint against him for dowry harassment and domestic violence, with the police. And in turn the police files a FIR and Chargesheet in the court and the case is currently under trial, he has done the domestic violence , abuses and beaten his wife and her sister,and threaten them for their life. In this case can his job is safe and the employer has the right to fire him, or what is the procedure if the victim want ot inform his employer what is the procedure.
