Criminal case IPC 386 504 506 (2)

My family filed case against our neighbour due to physical injury they caused but on government portal it's showing case is disposed meanwhile hearing is still going on in fast track court also the lady mentally stressing us by filing fake case such as we are throwing garbage in front of her home and causing health issue or my father is doing illigal work already on that lady's husband murder and his trial is going on. So what can I do

either it must be disposed of actually or a different proceeding must be going on, while some ancilliary application must have disposed of. the correct proceedings has be found out. you can install a CCTV to show that you don't throw garbage infront of her house and just to keep your defense strong, get a legal notice issued to her demanding to stop her illegal acts.

You need to hire an expert advocate for the trail n this is the only thing you can do n for safety purposes plz install cctv camera at your premises and also put your mobile on recording if she again messes with you. Plz share fir or chargesheet copy Thanks
