Criminal case against me and my mother

My uncle tried to murder me on 23 May but I somehow managed to save myself so police filed a case against him but after 6 month I came to know that he had filed a false criminal case against me.i m helpless what to do
You need to file a case against him immediately and defend yourself in the court of law in the other case which your uncle has filed. You can only save yourself in trial, there is nothing to be scared of, you need to act and deal it properly so that you can punish your uncle
