Criminal case against boy in USA

I met boy matrimonial site, talked for 4 years without meeting. At first meet with my family he proposed for marriage. Then we met multiple times, got physical (no intercourse). He blocked me and married another girl in USA. His wife messaged me, after talking to me she created fake email ID from my name n threatened her husband. I got to know about fake email ID when he called n gave me death threats. What case can I file if not rape? He is in USA
You can register an FIR U/s 316 Cheating, 69 Criminal breach of trust , 79 Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty, 87 Sexual harassment and section 131 Criminal intimidation & 137 Intentional insult to provoke breach of peace of BNS further on online impersonation you can register and FIR U/s 66c Identity theft, 66D Cheating by personation using computer resources and 67 Sending offensive or menacing messages (if applicable) of IT Act.
